LifeOura collects your email address and display name when you sign up. After separate consent and Oura authorization, the service retrieves daily readiness, sleep, stress and recovery duration, cardiovascular age, and activity. Your age from Oura is used only to calculate the cardiovascular age difference; it is not stored separately.

Other group members can see only your display name and the daily metrics you agreed to share. They cannot see your email address, Oura tokens, or service errors. Daily metrics are kept for up to 90 days. You can withdraw consent, disconnect Oura, or delete your account in Settings. User data is removed from the main database immediately after deletion; backups must be removed within 72 hours.
